I had hoped to make an entry of substance, but that's gonna have to wait. Right now, I just want to share with everyone how much I love the movie, HAIRSPRAY [2007]. Have you watched it yet?! You must!! It's such a feel-good movie! I love it, love it, love it. And when I love a movie, I watch it over and over again. I've watched Hairspray about 10x in the past 1.5 weeks.  First, I bought a copy at Blockbuster. And then I realized I wanted the 2-disc Shake & Shimmy Edition [w/ many special features], so after some searching, I bought it.
Here's a music video of the movie that I found on AOL...

And I now have a crush on Zac Efron.
[how embarassing]

EXCITED

I accepted a job offer on Friday. :) Today [Monday] I start work at a small law firm near Northgate mall. I'll be their legal assistant. I'm feeling pretty anxious/excited/nervous about starting my first full time job. Unbelievable! I'm so thankful for the opportunity to gain some real insight into the field. I feel like this will bring me one step closer to discovering whether or not law school is the right choice. The job sounds really challenging and like A LOT of work but I think it'll be an awesome experience. God is good.

Song:  So Small - Carrie Underwood

What you got if you aint got love?
The kind that you just wanna give away
It's okay to open up
Go ahead and let the light shine through
I know it's hard on a rainy day
You wanna shut the world out
And just be left alone
But don't run out on your FAITH

Sometimes that mountain you've been climbing
Is just a grain of sand
What you've been out there searching for forever,
Is in your hands
When you figure out love is all that matters, after all
It sure makes everything else
Seem so small

So easy to get lost inside
A problem that seems so big, at the time
It's like a river that's so wide
And swallows you whole
While you're sittin round thinking about what you can't change
And worryin' about all the wrong things
Time's flying by, moving so fast
Better make it count, cause you can't get it back.

Sometimes that mountain you've been climbing
Is just a grain of sand
What you've been out there searchin for forever
Is in your hands
Oh, When you figure out love is all that matters after all
It sure makes everything else
Seem so small

My bro, sis and I watched Rocky Balboa at my parents' place a few weeks back. Overall, I thought it was a pretty good movie. There was one scene that really stood out to me, with Rocky and his son. Very inspirational. I felt like Rocky was speaking to me...  Here's a clip of the scene.

Funny story, I had everyone pick out their favorite flower in the garden and these guys chose
the same one! They definitely need to stop spending so much time together.
